The benefit of going on a retreat is that all the pieces of Yoga are integrated. One really feels the "community of spirit" when we live and practice together. There is nothing left out, and one finally feels the depth of what Yoga has to offer. On retreat, all levels of practice, and all manner of experiences are given space. It just does not compare to any other way of learning.
This fall is full of terrific news and projects! With the soon completion of a brand new DVD, a move from my boat into a new house, and a fall teaching tour on top of it all, I have had no time at all to mourn the loss of summer. I am most excited about the new friends and Yoga students that I will meet this October!
My first Namaste Weekend is at a YMCA camp in Wausau, Wisconsin from Friday, Oct 8th-10th. I then am on the road with my partner Don for a drive to Indianapolis and a weekend of teaching at CITYOGA, School of Yoga and Health, from Oct 15-17th. The last stop on my mini tour is Montreal, Canada.
I love traveling and teaching in the US - and it is also so wonderful to be teaching in my own country. My host in Montreal is Nicole Bordeleau, the owner and director of Yoga Monde, who will present at my Namaste Weekend from Oct 22-24th.

I hope that you can make it out to a retreat! If they don't work for you, you can always contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your own Namaste Yoga Weekend.
