Self Care October Challenge

  With the official start of Fall underway, we are turning inwards and issuing a call for our Namaste Community to make this month all about Self Care. We know how busy life with its ever growing To Do List.  So often, we spend our time ensuring everyone else is taken care of, make sure our friends and families feel loved and cared for, help our colleagues out, and be the best partners we can be. Kelly Mcaleer is Living Namaste

A self-described "fit 55-year-old," Kelly McAleer has been a practicing yoga since her mother introduced her to it as a child. The Ontario native stumbled upon an advertisement for Namaste Yoga several years ago. She tried it and was immediately hooked. "I really enjoy the settings chosen for the programme and the narrator's voice is just perfect — so calm and soothing," Kelly explains.
