  • How do I access my purchased program(s)?

    Once you purchase a program, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to access your program. You can also always access your program videos, program guide, and training plans by logging into your account from the top menu bar.

    The account homepage includes all of your purchased programs, order history and account details. To access a program, select it from the My Programs menu. You will find all of the videos under the Program tab and the videos that make up the training plans under the Training Plans tab. You can access the program guide by selecting View Guide under the program title. There you will also find options to Download Guide and Download Program.

  • How do I watch my purchased program(s)?

    You can watch your purchased programs videos on a phone or on a computer. The program videos can be streamed online in your account or downloaded to your device by selecting Download Program under the program title in your account.

  • I purchased a program. How do I start using it?

    The program guide is a great place to start. It introduces you to the teachers, explains the  components of the program, includes detailed movement and class descriptions, and comes with custom training plans. The program guide is a good way to familiarize yourself with the program, and the training plan is a great guide to how to incorporate the program into your daily life.

  • Do I have to register for an account?

    Yes. You must register for an account when you purchase your first NM program. Once you have an account, you will have lifetime access to any programs you buy on our site.

  • I purchased programs prior to 2019, where can I find them?

    Any programs that you purchased prior to 2019 can be accessed under the section titled ‘Namaste TV Programs’ on your account page.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a money back guarantee. Our programs are an investment for life, designed to be revisited again and again, and we’re confident you will be happy with the purchase. However, if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the program, please contact us at info@bynm.co.

  • What currency will I be charged in?

    All purchases made will be processed in US Dollars. However, you can select AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or USD from the top menu bar and view prices on the site converted based on the daily rate.
