How will I receive my new fitness program once I purchase?

All NM’s instructional fitness programs will be delivered directly to your inbox after you purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation that includes a link through which you will be able to access your chosen program. You can also access all programs you’ve purchased at any time through your account at Find your videos, program guide, and training plans by logging into your account from the top menu bar of the NM website.

What is your shipping policy for physical products?

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 5-10 business days for us to ship your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, as they can vary according to destination and the weight of your package. Once you’ve chosen the items you want, added them to your shopping cart, and entered your address, your delivery fee will be calculated automatically.

What’s your shipping policy within Canada?

We use Canada Post to ship all our packages, and orders should arrive within 5-10 business days. However, NM is not responsible for any postal service-related delays occurring once your order is in the mail.

What’s your international shipping policy?

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout when you enter your delivery address. Your order is shipping from Canada, so you may incur duties and taxes depending on the destination country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return a physical product, like a magazine or tote bag?

When returning a product, please ensure it has not been altered or damaged; we can only accept returns in their original condition. Shipping fees for returned items are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend adding a tracking number to your return when you mail it, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Once we have received your package, we’ll review the item and issue a refund, minus the original cost of shipping.
